City Hall will be closed Tuesday November 26@(2:00pm)and 27th-28th 2025 for Thanksgiving and December 23rd @2:00pm, 24th-26th 2025 for Christmas. New Years we will be closed December 31st and January 1st 2026. 

 Holiday Trash Schedule

Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 27th:

If your normal collection day is Thursday the 27th, trash will be collected on Friday the 28th.

If your normal collection day is Friday the 28th, trash will be collected on Saturday the 29th.

at the Winona Community Center 520 Dallas St

Winona City Hall is open the hours of

8am - 12pm and 1pm-4:30pm Monday-Friday. 

City Services available to the public are: Copying $0.50 B&W (per copy), $1.00 Color (per copy); Notary $10.00;

One time Gargbage Dumpster usage $5.00 (restriction apply; and must be paid at City Hall before use)
