The Regular City Council Meeting scheduled for February 17, 2026 has been cancelled.

Winona City Hall is open Monday through Friday

From 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. & 01:00 p.m. to 04:30 p.m.

City Services available to the public are: Copying $0.50 per copy for black & white, $1.00 per copy for color; Notary $10.00;

One time gargbage dumpster usage $5.00 and fee must be paid at City Hall before dumping (restrictions apply)
